5. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a Keep it Pure product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Keep it Pure Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Keep it Pure Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Keep it Pure Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
6. REGISTRATION
You do not have to register to view the Website. You can visit the Website, read articles and other materials, browse merchandise, post comments and product reviews, and check on offerings without registering for a user account. You can also contact us about a particular video, picture, audio file or other posting without having an account. However, you must register for an account in order to access the full features of the Website, including but not limited to the ability to purchase products through the Website. 11. RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from the Website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Keep it Pure. Title to products purchased on the Website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Keep it Pure delivers these items to the carrier.
12. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Keep it Pure attempts to be accurate in describing its products and services on the Website. We do not warrant that product and service descriptions or other content of this or any other Website are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your computer monitor and other factors beyond Keep it Pure's control, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of any color on the Website will be accurate.
By accepting our policy after your order completion you verify that you already acknowledged product information such as clothing features, size guide, washing instructions etc. Size guide numerical values that display below single product pages and real size measurement may different in a logical amount due to hand-made manufacturing. Washing instructions may not be included within the product to avoid complexity in your product experience.
13. PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER
Keep it Pure Inc. does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user generated content on the site, Keep it Pure is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Keep it Pure reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Keep it Pure at its sole discretion.

If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved to Keep it Pure.
