OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Keep it Pure , we create products that help you perform and feel better. Whether you’re using our products we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below.

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged via post.

If you wish an exchange or return,you will need to submit a return form at our contact page.

Otherwise, feel free to issue your exchange/return request via mail at info@keepitpure.gr.

Returns concern only faulty products or wrong product delivery .

The customer is liable for the return shipping costs, unless items are faulty or wrong delivered.

Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition
- regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for
items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such determination based on a variety of factors including,
but not limited to; the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it's returned to us. The return teams decision is final.

You may return your product within 14 days of the purchase date.

Purchase date is accounted as the date of the receipt or invoice of the order.

The original form of payment and invoice are required  to process your exchange or return refund.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

Item(s) must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags attached. Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full - or charged against any refund or credit.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Items purchased online can be returned in one of the following ways:

  1. Return by post for a refund of the purchase price.

Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to process your returned item/s. We always aim to be faster.
Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy to process your refund or return.
